BTC FlowWatch exclusively provides statistical analysis of publicly available on-chain data from the Bitcoin blockchain. The information presented — including correlation coefficients, netflows, category classifications and price developments — serves solely informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, buy or sell signals, or any other call to action.

The analysis results, alert notifications and API data provided may be incomplete, inaccurate or erroneous. On-chain data represents only one aspect of the market and does not account for off-chain transactions, regulatory developments or macroeconomic factors. Past correlations are not a reliable indicator of future price movements.

The interpretation and use of the provided data is entirely at the user's own risk. BCCM Inkubator GmbH and the operators of BTC FlowWatch assume no liability for financial losses or other damages arising directly or indirectly from actions (e.g. buy or sell decisions) made on the basis of the displayed analysis results, received alert notifications or data retrieved via the API.

Privacy Policy

When accessing BTC FlowWatch, server log files are automatically recorded containing information such as browser used, operating system and internet provider. This data does not allow personal identification and is used exclusively for statistical analysis to improve the service.

BTC FlowWatch can generally be used without providing personal data (Free tier). For Premium and Platinum subscriptions, an email address is required. This data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

We use Rybbit Analytics (self-hosted at tracking.coinator.eu) without cookies and without personal data. All analytical data is processed and stored exclusively on our own servers. To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns we additionally use Google Ads (gtag.js, provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, USA). Cookies are set and data is transferred to Google. This only happens after your explicit consent via our cookie banner — prior to consent, the gtag.js script is not loaded at all and no data is transferred to Google whatsoever. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Facebook Pixel or other external analytics services are not used.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the provision of our services, taking into account tax and commercial law retention periods.

Data transmission over the internet may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. The use of published contact data for unsolicited advertising is expressly prohibited.

Re-engagement emails: If you have not logged in for a while, FlowWatch may occasionally send you a reminder email (e.g. with top movements since your last visit). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, customer relationship). You can object at any time — either via the one-click link at the bottom of every such email, or via the email preferences in your account. Verification, security and alert emails are not affected because they are necessary to perform the contract or safeguard your account.
